| Boxing: Tom Simpson through to the last four in the country |

Year 13 pupil, Tom Simpson, the current Northwest boxing champion, is through to the last four in the country for the Amateur Boxing Association (ABA). So far he has been the 'bout of the night' (fight of the night) in all shows and is showing real commitment. He has also been selected for the World Championship Trials. Tom's next fight is on the 14th March and we wish him the best of luck.
