There is a wide range of support available to help SEND students and their families make informed choices about education, training, and employment pathways.

  Offers information about transitioning from school to adult life, including employment, independent living, and further education.

• Disability Rights UK – Into Apprenticeships – Download the guide
  A useful resource for understanding how apprenticeships can work for young people with SEND, including access to support.

• Scope – Career Pathways Programme – Career support for young disabled people. Free programme for young disabled people aged 16–25 to get career advice and guidance.
