Welcome to Cardinal Heenan Catholic High School in Liverpool. Our mission is rooted in the values of Respect, Believe, Achieve. We foster a community where everyone is respected and valued, nurturing the potential of each individual.
Guided by our Catholic faith, we inspire our pupils to embrace their individual God-given talents, to believe in themselves and their ability to make a positive impact. With a rich curriculum and a commitment to excellence, we empower our pupils to achieve their fullest potential in every aspect of their lives.
Together, let us create an environment where respect flourishes, beliefs are strengthened, and achievements are celebrated. I am excited to witness the transformative journey that lies ahead for each and every one of our pupils.
Ms K. Smyth
I really enjoy the extracurricular activities here at Cardinal Heenan. I am a member of the STEM club and enjoy the activities that we do each week, from making slime to taking part in competitions like 'The big battery hunt," where we collected over 10,000 batteries to be donated for recycling.
I am proud to be a member of the Cardinal Heenan Medical Association. The association has given me the opportunity to find out more about a career in medicine by benefiting from guest speakers in the field and working with students from all year groups who share my passion for medicine. The association has given me the knowledge and confidence to pursue a career in medicine and I aspire to be a Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgeon.
PE is my favourite subject at school and Cardinal Heenan has a fantastic sports department. I want to be a Footballer in the future so playing for the Cardinal Heenan football team has allowed me to pursue my passion inside and outside of school.
I have been provided with an exceptional educational experience across the whole five years I have been at Cardinal Heenan. This has allowed me to reach my full potential by following our school motto of 'respect, believe, achieve' and I know this experience is shared by many others who pass through our doors each day.
Collective worship will take place during form time.
