Governors’ information and duties – 2025-26

A Governing Body is required to have a register of Pecuniary Interests. Staff and Governors of a school have an obligation to avoid any conflict of interest between their own affairs and those of the school. The Governing Body have made declarations in relation to relevant business, financial and pecuniary interests listed below. The committees meet half-termly.

Various committees report to Cardinal Heenan’s full governing body including:
