Teacher of Mathematics (KS3 - KS4, with option to teach KS5)

We wish to appoint a Teacher of Mathematics and are seeking a hard-working and committed person with drive, enthusiasm and inspiration who will make a valuable contribution to the school and its achievements. The governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dynamic and passionate teacher to work within a dedicated department of subject specialists who are extremely supportive, forward-thinking and friendly, and want the best for all of our pupils.

The successful candidate must be fully qualified to teach within a secondary environment and have a mathematics specialism. The role will consist of teaching mathematics at KS3 and KS4 with the possibility of teaching KS5 in our vibrant Sixth Form, where we currently have very strong numbers studying A-Level Mathematics, and we also offer AS and A-Level Further Mathematics. 

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a well-qualified maths teacher with a record of delivering good and outstanding lessons
  • Able to teach maths to KS4 and have excellent curriculum knowledge
  • Have a solid understanding of current educational research
  • Have the ability to lead and motivate pupils

  • An enthusiastic and passionate individual who can provide first-class teaching
