On Monday 22nd January, nine primary schools from across Liverpool visited Cardinal Heenan Catholic High School to take part in a sports day.  Pupils in Years 3 and 4 from a range of schools including St Paul's Catholic Junior School, Holy Name Catholic Primary School and Blackmore Junior School competed to reach the final of the indoor sports athletic championships.  This takes place at Toxteth Firefit on Wednesday 7th February 2018 and will involve other schools from across Liverpool.  Whoever wins on this day will be the ultimate winners! 

The day was organised by some of our Year 12 BTEC Sport students, alongside Liverpool Schools Sports Partnership (LSSP).  Once the students have completed their course, their B-Tech,  alongside the credentials from being involved in this event, will qualify them to work with primary schools on similar projects.
