Social Mobility is designed to provide a level playing field to students who come from state schools and disadvantaged backgrounds. We have been working with charities like the Social Mobility Foundation for a long time and they have supported students to gain outstanding work experiences opportunities, supporting them with personal statements and pairing them with mentors working in their chosen career pathway.
